Product Introduction
The carburizers produced by our company feature moderate particle size and fast absorption rate. They have pure chemical composition, with high carbon content, low sulfur content and minimal harmful components, leading to a high absorption rate. The products also have good graphitization degree, which can enhance the carbon-holding capacity of molten iron, increase the number of graphite nodules in ductile iron, and improve the microstructure of gray cast iron. During inoculation, they can increase the number of graphite nodules in ductile iron; in electric furnace molten iron, they can increase graphite crystal nuclei, making the distribution of graphite in cast iron finer and more uniform, and reducing the occurrence of coarse dendrites in gray cast iron, thus achieving excellent and stable performance.
